Team Leader for the Investigation Unit

Do you want to help develop new working methods to meet the future of social services? We are now looking for a committed and passionate team leader for a temporary position in the investigation unit.

In the role of team leader within the investigation unit, you will supervise social workers who work with investigations and follow-ups of open interventions for children and young people aged 0 to 20, who need support and protection from social services for various reasons.

As a team leader, you will play an important role, supervising and supporting about seven social workers in their work to provide children and young people with the support and protection they need. You will also be involved in improving our operations and work environment by collaborating with the unit manager, team leaders, and other stakeholders.

We have units that work closely together, with 10-15 employees, team leaders, and managers who support each other in big and small matters.

As a team leader, you are a key figure within our organization and report directly to the unit manager. In this role, you work full-time as a team leader, but part of your duties also includes social worker tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work.
• At least five years of experience in social work, including two years of experience in authority work with children and young people.
• Driver's license (B).
• Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
• We emphasize personal qualities.
